“I always find it so interesting to hear my own thoughts on video. But this video is specifically interesting because it teaches me how much I’ve changed as an artist. I think when I did this interview, I was still in the process of figuring out who I was as a musician. One year later, I can honestly say that I’ve evolved quite a bit. My music now is A LOT LESS apologetic, and A LOT MORE  honest regarding my faith and my views. It’s important to compose songs about the human experience, but even more, it’s  imperative to compose songs that encourage, edify and spread knowledge and awareness about the true meaning of life and purpose”
